Q: I'm running out of my payment stubs. How can I order more?

Q: Is it possible to defer my payment?
A: In some cases yes. Payment deferral is often an option for reasons such as emergency, medical reasons, death in the family, etc. Please not some conditions may apply. Q: Can I change my due date to meet my pay period?
A: Yes. Your due date can be changed at the time of purchase/lease. Discuss this request with your dealer as some fees may apply.
Q: Can I change my due date after delivery?

Q: I need a statement for tax purposes showing how much interest I have paid. How do I request such a statement?

Q: Why did I receive a late payment charge notice?
A: Prompt payment is the essence of your contract. As outlined in your Lease Agreement/Conditional Sales Contract/Contract of Sale by Instalment, for any amount that remains unpaid ten (10) days after the due date, appropriate late penalty charge will be assessed.
Q: I drive and pay for my car, why did my co-lessee/co-purchaser receive a late payment notice?
A: Once your co-lessee/co-purchaser signs the lease agreement/conditional sale contract, he/she assumes the same obligation.
