In the U.S. and Canada, GMAC’s North American Operations (NAO) provides consumer automotive financing products including SmartLease, our standard leasing product, and SmartBuy, an automotive financing product that resembles a lease. We have also developed SmartAuction, a Web-based remarketing tool to help dealers efficiently find and sell used vehicles from across the vast GMAC network of dealerships. Enhancements to SmartAuction have provided a one-stop shopping experience, making it an excellent complement to physical auctions.
