What happens if I forget my password?
You may access your account by correctly answering the challenge questions/answers established during Account Center registration. Simply click “Forgot Password” on the Account Center login page. top
Will I be able to update my personal information for the Account Center?
Yes. You may update your personal information for Account Center. You may also update your contact information for your GMAC accounts within Account Center. top
Once I have successfully completed the registration process, how do I access my accounts?
Simply enter your Account Center ID and password in the Account Center login page. Remember, your Account Center ID is the primary email address you entered during Account Center registration. Once registration is complete, you must add your automotive account to the Account Center. top
Where can I find my GMAC account number?
GMAC makes locating your account number fast and easy. For Billing statements, your account number is located on the front page in the Account Number field. For Coupon Books, your account number is located on the front cover in the upper left corner as well as on each Coupon in the Account Number column. top
Is there a limit to the number of accounts I can add to My Account Center?

How will I know if I successfully added my account to My Account Center?
Once you have correctly entered your account information and the information matches our records, you will receive a confirmation on screen stating your account has been added. You will also see the account listed under Account Summary page. top
When attempting to add my account, I receive a message stating the account I entered is not found. Why am I receiving this message?
The information you entered does not match our records. Please check to ensure you have entered all information correctly and return to the Add Account page to re-enter your information or enter another account. top
What should I do if the information listed on my Account Details does not match the information on my Billing Statement or Coupon Book?
If you receive any account information that does not match your records, please contact us at 1-800-200-4622. top
Will I be able to request a change to my current billing method?
Yes. After you log into the GMAC Account Center, you can change your current billing method by selecting the Change Billing Method option from the Action drop down menu. top
Does GMAC offer automatic withdrawal for my monthly payment?
Yes. GMAC Direct Pay is the most convenient payment method option. Once you have successfully completed your Account Center registration and added your automotive account, you can sign up for Direct Pay by selecting the Change Billing Method option from the Action drop down menu and then choosing the GMAC Direct Pay option. top
What if I change bank accounts after enrolling in GMAC Direct Pay?
Once you have successfully completed the Account Center registration, you can access and update your Account(s) with your new banking information. For faster service, please be sure you have your new banking information available before you get started. top
How will I know my banking information has been updated in your records?
Once you have successfully entered all required information, you will receive a confirmation on screen stating your new banking information has been updated in our records. top
If I change my mind after adding my account(s) to the Account Center, can I remove my account(s)?
Yes. You may remove your account(s) at anytime. top
Can I make a payment from my Account Center?
Yes. After you log into the GMAC Account Center you can make a payment by selecting the Make Payment option from the Actions drop down menu. top
Can I view the "real time" status of my account?
Yes. Click on the "View Billing Summary" option from the Action drop down menu to view the current status of your account. top
